Sun Shower Dance

by Brian Jude

Drip drop rain drops
Baptize me in solar radience:
The agent of my rebirth

The sun's golden reflection
Glows upon saturated asphalt:
My spirits are elevated

Arctic air woos
A young spring breeze:
Life is old; Life is new

An adventure of rainbow bonds
That whisper nebulous vows begins:
An unclarified excursion

I am as unsure today
As I was the day before:
Every dawn is an opportunity

Still I groove and move
To the rhythm of daydream love:
"May I have this dance?"
